Fair & Affordable Rates

In our opinion, too many "techie" people let their heads swell with their knowledge and charge up hundreds of dollars an hour or more to their clients for consulting work. We recognize that not everyone is made out of money, nor has an unlimited budget. Nor should anyone have to pay $150+ per hour or more for support of their computer equipment. No OverBilling or OverCharging

When we quote one hour's worth of work, that's all you pay for, even if we end up working for two hours on a problem. As a disclaimer, there are exceptions to this policy in certain circumstances, but under normal conditions our clients don't pay for more time than we quote.
