About North County Computers

  North County Computers (NCC) is based in Carlsbad, California. We provide service & support, integration, and consultation services to residential users and small to mid-sized businesses in all of Orange and San Diego Counties. NCC supports all computing environments including all software, hardware, and networks.

  We pride ourselves on honesty, integrity, and the satisfaction of our clients. We are a family run, Christian business. This means that we recognize the need for honesty, integrity, and morals in all the work we do and in all interactions with our clients.   We don't dress in suits and ties, but we are clean-cut, well spoken, and polite. We don't swear when computers break. :) We clean up after ourselves. We listen... we believe in the old adage "two ears, one mouth". We make your problem our problem. For those that are interested, we will gladly explain to you the problems found on your system(s), the necessary resolution, and how to prevent it from occurring again. We believe that knowledge is power, and if you have the knowledge to resolve an issue yourself, then you also have the power to save some of your hard-earned money. Not all our clients care to know what failed, or why. Some just want to know that the issues are resolved. We gladly work with all types of people and businesses and strive to meet people at their level. Above all else, we strive to keep our clients happy. If you're not happy, then neither are we.   North County Computers will never recommend more than you need. There's an old adage about not fixing something that isn't broken and we very much believe in that. Further, we won't recommend a software, hardware, or other upgrade that isn't necessary or that is overkill for the situation. Why pay $300 or more for an office suite when a $100 office suite will more than suffice? North County Computer's commitment is to our clients, above all else. We believe that to be successful, we must first help you to be successful.

North County Computer's Technicians

  All NCC technicians are extremely skilled at what they do and bring years of experience with them. Our technicians are skilled with Windows, Novell, Unix, & Linux. The majority of our techs bring more than 5 years experience with them and have worked as lead systems administrators and/or managers before working as consultants. We have technicians with experience in Windows, Active Directory, & Exchange. Others are experienced with Linux and the major Linux server applications such as Apache, DNS, & Sendmail. Still others are adept with clustering, redundancy, and fault tolerance. Grouped together, there is nothing that NCC cannot accomplish. Many of our technicians hold college degrees and have certifications from Microsoft, RedHat, Novell, Solaris, Veritas, & Oracle.
